It might be a consolation to Brendan (if he sees this) that I once saw the great Marcus and Karen Hilton take a tumble. It was in the late 80s at the European Championship in the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, when they had that ghastly parquet floor that used to trip a lot of people up. They bounced straight up and shot off again at their usual 30 mph (it was a quickstep) and of course went on to win.

well i felt for hi (having missed a step on my driveway not long ago - although i didnt fall with such grace)

I really didn't care for the amount of laughing we saw on ITT this evening. I actually don't think it's at all funny when people fall over. Never found bananaskin gags amusing.
