Hee hee, not sure I would call that tricking someone into bed ducky, more like 7-10 years in the big house.

ETA I want to see Will blindfold Texas for a game of blind mans bluff, and then pretend to be Dodger coming into the room.

He could have a weird conversation with himself and then apply some fake tan for that authentic Dodger smell and bobs your uncle.

My thoughts keep darting back to the fact Ste marries Doug tonight and then gets demolished by a bus

Hell on earth.

I mean as her own character. Her own storyline.

What has she done this year? Um, took that business course for a second, befriended Annalise (and then they did very little with it), slept with Barney, and disowned and then forgave Brendan too many times to count.

Thats pretty much this year for her.

But I always look upon whats to come with Pa and yes thats Brendans backstory and a huge part is Brendans story right now and whats to come but all of a sudden when she finds out to me it does become Cheryls story too. I really hope they do deal with her in all this as much as Brendan because in reality Brendan has had 20 years to at least deal with this and he may get some peace when the truth comes out but whats about to happen to Cheryl will just destroy life as she knew it, she just had no idea.

Hey come on now, don't forget that Cheryl has also badly arranged two weddings, broken her brothers heart and wilfully ignored the fact that the minibus she is using to transport things to said wedding is damaged and needs to be checked by a mechanic.

This will cause at least two deaths.

It's been a busy old time for her.

Yo.
Are we ready for the wedding of doom? 'Cause I've literally thrown one of my classmates out of a window today, so I guess this means I'm not

I hope they focus on her with the Pa stuff too. It's directly to do with that character as well.

And she's had some good dramatic moments over Lynsey this year also, to be fair. I forgot to include that.

Really good question. Has Cheryl ever really had her own storyline, separate from Brendan? I did like that she got over the Mick thing and dragged Brendan to counselling. But they played her as incredibly dense - they could have tried to at least show that she had some idea that something was very badly wrong.

I definitely wouldn't have had her organising the wedding, it makes her look crass and insensitive - but maybe she just is. I'd have brought Nate in for her instead. Then she could have had her own relationship running by the time Pa turned up, instead of meddling in Brendan's. I hate to say it, but my liking for Cheryl has taken a battering recently. I guess Pa will finally make her question everything she knows. But yeah, don't like her much right now.

It's also totally weird that she doesn't give a toss Joel's been arrested. Seeing as he lived there for 6 months.

Literally? Were they a Stug fan?

Oh I had forgotten about the deep bond that apparently formed between Joel and Cheryl, remember how she disowned Brendan for getting the wee lad in trouble.

Oh HOs what are you like.

Brendan visited Ash in hospital but neither him nor Cheryl who apparently see Joel as part of the family can bring themselves to give a toss that he is in prison.

Not to mention putting Ste in a coma

Could this be an opportunity for some Brendan/Cheryl role reversal? Perhaps Brendan can blame her for ruining his chance of happiness, and being the cause of Ste's almost-death, and he can disown her for a change!

Oh what I'd give to hear Brendan tell Cheryl "You're dead to me! I no longer have a sister "

Ah well, a girl can dream!

Oh yes, I think bringing in Nate would have really opened Cheryl up. And she'd be of a better perspective with Brendan if she were dealing with her own complicated relationship.

And don't even get me started on Doug and Ste. The level of squandering's unforgivable.
Ste could have had as deep a year as Brendan's had since Lynsey's death all the way to Pa.

I would absolutely love that Bluebird, I can't see it happening but it would make my day.

I hate that Ste and Cindy are the brides btw.

Even though they are both the ones in love with someone else.

Poor Tony and Doug. Trolololololol. One probably dies and the other gets hopefully deported weeks later

Bloody hell I've been trying to work out who that lass in Crime Stories is and it's only Zoe Lister, how soon we forget.

Tony better not die.

Though all this screentime worries me. Either the new boss is a fan or this is his exit.

Ha, yeah, Brendan's always emasculating Doug, but I think we're meant to see that he's 'king' in Stug's relationship - in charge, man of the house, lead provider, the one giving the flowers and proposing, etc. It's all very weird.

Can someone help me out, as I'm a bit lost. Is tonight's E4 the wedding which ends, presumably, on a cliffhanger just after the crash? And tomorrow will be the aftermath, everyone running about trying to save each other, etc? Or is there another episode to go first?
