You can all laugh at Christopher with nasty posts, but he kept it a secret he suffers from synesthesia.
Best of luck to all finalists tonight

I'm no expert but what has that got to do with the price of fish as the saying goes?

It's an uncommon neurological condition that results in a stimulation of one specific sensory or cognitive pathway. Automatic or involuntary experiences are innately present in a second sensory or cognitive pathway (e.g. letters + numbers perceived as colourful inherently).

Sorry, that's gone over my head.

Wonder what that has to do with singing badly?

Thought he was suffering from the can condition of sympathitis?
According to him, the nasty Judges have made his Gran ill because they say things about him - Orrr!
He loves his Granny so much he would do anything for her and does not like her to be ill.

Easy answer then Chris - give it up. Judges will not have to point out that you are the next Steve Brookstein. Thing is Cowell won't care, as the votes still fill his pockets - but you will not sell records even if you win.

Doesn't seem to be a particularl;y debilitating condition. Something akin to colour blindness.

I wondered if it was giving him the shakes when I saw the title of the thread, but apparently that's not a symptom

No way? Shocking.
Here I was thinking the tinnitus that Debbie Harry and Barbra Streisand have is bad, but now I've seen the errors of my ways! I demand a doctors note from Chris so I can document this for my future voting plans!

I have synaesthesia and it's hardly a condition! More like a bonus sense. Kind of annoying however that I now have something in common with Christopher.

No offence taken. I thought your implication was that the thing you have in common with him is that you are both orange!
