Wouldn't be surprised if Rylan was in the top 3 this week. |

The atmosphere after his performance and the rebound from bottom two last week..

Looking back on it, the crowd was going mental. He knows how to put on a show. I think Rylan would look at the acts back stage and just see a real weakness in the rest which is they don't put on a real entertaining show and give it some real energy and go for it. Rylan just exploits that and that is why he is still on the show.
It was a great "performance". |

I reckon he topped the vote personally. Either top or second.

And he is always so pleased to get through - which makes it worth voting for him - no real reaction can put off voters

Possibly but he'll be bottom 2 next week.

I voted for the first time, so if he made me vote then he no doubt convinced other new people to vote

Yes, I think with his sing-off performance from the previous week, coupled with the excellent big routine he did this week, plus his plucky personality and clever quips, that he will be growing in popularity.
It always interests me how on these shows it's the run of several weeks that really shows who can cut it and who can't over the distance. At the start I thought Ella had the thing sewn up, but I haven't been moved by her for a few weeks. Of course, Rylan isn't the best singer, but he definitely is great at putting on a fun stage show and give us all a party. Not a single other act can dance or move or whoop it up really, nor are they so self-aware and fun, they are all more downbeat performers. |

I have never ever voted in X factor till this year but have been voting Rylan every week.

Watching that performace, seeing the judges and the audience' reaction it really made me realise just how popular the Spice Girls are! Me and my sister who don't like Rylan very much both agreed that we enjoyed that performance and the songs definitely had something to do with it!

Yes it was good but is it fair to spend more time and effort on one particular act's routine than another's? I do like Rylan but I don't want him to have "special handling" or additional gimmicks in order to get an advantage over others.... it's unfair and spoils the genuine competition. Let him stand on his own talent and compete on a level footing.... he can do it I reckon.
