Who will make a successful career...
out of music after the X-Factor like JLS and Leona Lewis or are they being over-hyped and will fade away as has happened to a few winners (mostly the men/boys) in the past?

I think the biggest career will be Rylan's for his vibrant personality more than his singing although he proved that he can sing.
My hopes are that District 3 change their name and go off and produce a good successful album of decent songs unlike some of the awful choices they sang on the X Factor shows. |

Only Rylan Clark and Lucy Spraggan will be known names in showbusiness for one reason or another in a year from now.

James, Ella and suprisingly Rylan will do well after the Xfactor
after those three I think Jahmene may get a mothers day type album as will chris but with much less promotion Lucy has already done well out of the Xfactor with her downloads |

International only Lucy and Ella have the potential imo.
Hands down Lucy. She will most likely sing her beer fear song at the finale and gets lots of downloads. Either Chris or Jahmene will win this so doubt Simon will care if Lucy tops their single. I can truly see her doing extremely well in the US too. Her songs are so catchy and kinda goofy she can have a hit ala Rebecca Black or Call Me Maybe or Gangnam style. Beer fear has loads and loads of potential if marketed correctly in the US. Ella definitely. I still think that she needs to show her writing skills in the show. She has a particular way of singing that definitely fits best to songs she has written. Definitely struggling with the covers. But hope she sings her audition song once more and I can DEFINITELY see that song as an international hit too. Ella has that Eneli Sande, Adele type of powerful voice and that always has hit written all over it. James, Chris, rylan, Jahmene will have decent local success. They are okay but don't have the x factor to make it outside the uk. James is too monstrous looking it scares me and Jahmene is too weird. |

Honestly I don't think any of them. Rylan might make a few bob on a reality show or somesuch. I don't think any of the others have a major future.
