Phuong And Rasmus - I love this duo, they are so quirky and unique. Their vocals combine together brilliantly and they remind me slightly of Alphabeat although Phuong's voice has a slightly bluesy quality also, really think they can be really successful!

Audio Vixen - I love this trio, despite being a family band, they actually feel like a completely fresh group, they remind me of a modern version of The Mamas And The Papas and I can imagine them doing a really funky rendition of various songs, really excited to see how they will be received.

Mrs. Greenbird - They're amazing, their folk artistry is so unique and they remind me a bit of Bon Iver or Glen Hansard singing along with someone like Sia, they have such great tones and their harmonies are exquisite, I think they will put in some amazing performances.

Right, I do like all three acts but for me, Lyric 145 although they are great, just aren't vocally strong enough for my liking. It's between J.E.M. and MK1 but on the basis that I think that MK1 will be more original as I can find alternative covers for rapping and singing and Charlie has an amazing voice, I go for MK1!

Some great groups there Kev

Firstly I decided to choose the beautiful and incredibly talented Jade Ellis. For me this was a no brainer, Jade is a sensational vocalist and I felt didn't get the chance to show her vocals of properly on the main show. So I thought that by choosing Jade for this series of Mix Factor, it would give me the opportunity to hopefully develop that incredibly rich tone of Jade's and hopefully show the public why Jade is amazing.

Secondly, I decided to go across the waters and decided the next member of my team would be Beatrice Miller from the US X Factor. Beatrice was a tough choice for me, as I was tempt to choose Diamond White but I knew who I wanted for my third act and I thought that Diamond and my third act would be similar so I chose Beatrice as I wanted a talented young lady who would be diversify my team. Beatrice has an incredible voice and I hope to be able to tap into her rockier edge.

Lastly I decided to go across the other side of the pond and visit Australia for my third act. So lets say hello to my third lady Angel Tupai. Angel is an inscribe vocalist and is such a powerhouse. I hope to be able to show exactly how powerful Angels voice is and also show her strength and control of her vocal talent.

Something about Isak’s voice just makes me smile, it’s just got an excellent tone to it and it’s really exciting. He has an interesting quality to his voice and I think it really sets him apart from the competition.

I’m really excited about James, there’s something about him which just excites me. I understand some people dislike him, but there’s been an indie pop breakthrough lately and with the right direction and suitable songs I think he could actually do quite well.

I like two of them, not a fan of Johnny Ruffo but I'm confident Jess can convert me
