I'm planning to make some as Xmas gifts. Does anyone know how long marinade lasts for?

Depends what you've got in it. If you use dried herbs & spices then it'll last a lot longer than using fresh.

itll have chinese vinegar, tommy k, sugar, coke, and spices!

It'll last for a while. They're all either processed or are natually long lasting.
