Soulwax - Leave The Story Untold - 1996 - Pias Records

Great Album. Only available in Belgium

Any others people would like to recommend?

Well can't say for certain they aren't available here but I couldn't find any of these and bought them in the States

"Flow" - Conception ( this was imported to the US from Germany, I ordered from a US website and still only cost me about £11!)

"Mercedes Five And Dime" - Moist

"Little Songs" - David Usher (solo album by lead singer in Moist)

I normally hate country type music but here's one I've heard of that actually is simply beautiful - Nickel Creek - Nickel Creek. Check the samples out at http://www.nickelcreek.com/. It's perfect for Valentine's Day too!

Bought this of Amazon a couple of weeks ago -normal price so it must be available in the UK. However it is an absolutely superb set of songs minus one or two pieces of instrumental fiddly widdly nonsense. Well worth buying- but as this country's taste for country doesn't seem to have developed beyond Leann Rimes and Shania Twain, sadly unlikely to do very well

Whoops! I bought it from HMV and it took 3 weeks to import so I just assumed..... Oh well!

I would recommend 'Silencer' by Zed - a kiwi guitar band (not usually my type of thing). Some fantastic tracks. Bought the album over in NZ last year & still listen to it loads - recenly heard one of their tracks used on 'Smallville' that Superman when-he-was-young programme, so maybe they're making it big in the US.
