Yeah, I feel like James has the most potential out of the remaining seven when it comes to commercial success. I have doubts about him winning the actual show, but, you never know.

I believe it did state from the beginning as in one of my threads. They want someone to crack America. And I stil believe he is the one to do it.

Really? They want someone that can break the US market?

Thing is though, he seems a little too edgy, X-Factor winners are usually safer, with maybe a sob story to sell them to the public? Someone like Jahmene actually. Not that I'm dissing Jahmene or anything, just saying.

Did they really have to use a picture of him where he looks like he's been forced into a pillow case and strapped to a gurney while staring with cross-eyed vacancy at a point somewhere off camera as he's wheeled off back to Ward 23 after his daily, nurse-propelled circuit of the rose garden? Not exactly the aesthetic you'd choose for your worldwide debut, is it? At least it gives the Americans an accurate idea of what to expect from his performances, I suppose.

I know what you mean, usually they go for the cute, innocent looking 'belters', suppose wholesome would be a good word for it.
