Asda's '£5 off your next £40 shop'
Has Asda stopped doing this already ??
They've only been doing it for a couple of weeks

Morrisons and Tesco have done these sometimes but they seem to start and stop at random. Well either that or I miss the publicity.

I was wondering the same thing, OP. I had £5 off about two weeks ago and was hoping it was a weekly thing! No such luck since then.
Sorry to hijack a little bit but I used to get £6 off at Sainsbury's when spending £60 online, anyone know if they're still doing it? It's been a few months since I shopped with them. |

That means your shopping was 10% cheaper. You should be pleased not angry.
![]() 48p in £100 is 0.48% not 10% |

If we're not 10% cheaper on your comparable grocery shopping we'll give you the difference.
http://www.asdapriceguarantee.co.uk/So it means your shopping was approx. 10% cheaper if you get a tiny 48p voucher. |

I think you are being too brief in your statements you know, it's causing confusion as to meaning.

I got a £5 voucher off a £50 shop the previous week, and a £7 voucher off a £50 shop through the post. They both went through on the same shop. I thought you could only use one (as did the checkout lady) Not complaining though.
Edit, This was in Tesco. |

If you spend £20 in our local COOP you get a voucher for £2 off your next £20 spend, not always but most of the time. Thing is the shop is more expensive than Asda and Tesco etc anyway aoits hardly worth it.

I am a new Asda employee, training is a bit rubbish, but from what I can gather, it's starting again tomorrow
