I make a nice garlic sauce myself (not garlic mayo - there is a difference )
1xgarlic clove - minced with pinch of salt
2xtsp yoghurt
2xtsp mayo
dash of lemon
water to loosen to desired consistency.
Çaçik in Turkish.... been eating it for about 35 yrs + - it is lovely tho' - I always use fat free/lowest fat yoghurt here - in Turkey it's a nightmare to buy low fat stuff - 40-60% fat is the lowest, so I water it down.

Perhaps you should use recipes, that would do about three bits of lamb or 7 crisps, and be very strong.

Obviously it depends on the size and strength of the garlic and you can increase the other ingredients to suit.”
