yep this is true.

he does act like he thinks it's the bruce forsyth show which happens to be about a dancing competition.
noooo.. it's a dancing competition which he's been asked to just host. it's not about him in the slightest and he certainly shouldn't be trying to play judge..which he does from time to time. speaking over the judges comments drives me nuts. and when a contestant gets unfavourable criticism because they danced bad and he then says something along the lines of 'well we all thought that it was great'...ummm no we didn't! speak for yourself, not others forsyth!

now the odd off the cuff witty comment is fine (something claudia does so well) but telling stupid elaborate jokes etc. is entirely out of place for what the show is about. i know it's 'his act' that he's known for, but it shouldn't be merged with this show. it would be ok in 'general' entertainment shows or game shows but strictly is quite a specific genre of entertainment....being a dancing competition/show.

Love the fact that because there is a broken link, it looks like Terry is gunning for Brucie.

Not at all what he intended but hilarious all the same.

Ditto, ditto, ditto. I so miss Claudia on ITT, it was brilliant to see her on the main programme on Saturday. Hilarious woman

Not at all. Brucie is a genius and must stay forever. Claudia Winkleman watch and learn. *shakes fist in air*

We always watch the show recorded as we're usually out on Saturday nights: the great plus is fast-forwarding Bruce...
