Listen to these 2 clips from the final at end of clip 1 Sharon says "how can you not like steve". In clip 2 later in the show a total chracter assination. It is clearly spite also as Sharon gives it away in 2nd clip that Steve is leading by enough to win.

CLIP 1

CLIP 2

I rest my case.

I think the first comment was sarcasm linked to her previous comments - that she thinks he is just OK (NB She thinks, not I think)- at least that's how i took it...

Andy

Anyone can edit small clips to "claim" to say anything, that is not a case proven and closed! Very Sorry!!

Only ONE Person controls the Show and that is Mr S.C. and he laughs all the way to The Bank.

The voice of reason, well said.

In the context of that whole segment, she was patently being sarcastic.

There was a rumour (and I hope it holds no substance) that the Osbourne woman made a pass at Steve, and was told in no uncertain terms where to go.

But to be honest, who cares? This is a woman who calls people fake, and has her stomach stapled to stop her getting fat. Those kids genes don't come from Ozzy y'know.

Well I don't know what the hell it was? Maybe that rumour is true
BUT what ever it was she was bricking it
So it must have been a biggie
And I do hope it comes out as I'm a nosey cow

It wasn't pretend as her voice went all high and warbly which you can only do if you are really angry and emotional.

Though I think it was real, yes you can do that normally it's called acting

She isn't an actress - she is a manager and business woman. It takes a lot of experience to get that level of anger in a live programme in one take.

Likewise, much like most 'rumours'.

It's an amusing one though.

Out of interest, obviously Cowell and most probably Osbourne, will survive for American X-Factor. Can you see the Americans having any interest at all in Louis Walsh?

It seems Sharon's family are not keen on her doing the second series, I do hope they get their wish.

I partcularly like the comment from Simon's spokesman

I'm also pleased to note the integrity of Jack's concern for Sharon's stress levels stops at £8,000,000

Quote:
“From today's Sun

JACK Osbourne has called Simon Cowell a “slimeball” and said he begged mum Sharon not to go on X Factor with him.

He was furious she took part after Cowell called dad Ozzy’s quad bike crash a “publicity stunt” and made rude quips about sis Kelly.

Jack, 18, revealed: “I didn’t want my mom to do it. It was pretty yellow-bellied to go on a show with a guy who’s said so many nasty things about her family and kids. But she went on and the show’s ... interesting. Simon Cowell is a slimeball.”

Cowell’s spokesman hit back: “I’d be amazed if Jack could spell slimeball, never mind understand what it means.”

Jack — just back from filming Extreme Health Farm, to be aired on Channel 4 next year — said X Factor has made Sharon, 51, a superstar.

He added: “She’s got what she needed, that level of celebritydom. It’s a little annoying.”

He said he will try and talk Sharon out of a second series of X Factor — unless Cowell offers her £8million for the “stress”.”

It doesn't make much sense. Is it annoying that she got what she needed? Doesn't he like his mum then?

Anyone ever heard of sarcasm, it was so obvious from when she said it. This proves nothing.

Cowell should stay clear of Louis and Sharon for the next series - their amateurs.
Ratinho
16-12-2004
True. They sounded so desperate throughout, that it made it so easy for someone like Simon Cowell to play them.

Not only that, I don't think Louis Walsh has any fans in Ireland, never mind anywhere else. He's an oily little tick.

That Terry is in a magazine today saying the reason Sharon said what she did was because of an interview Steve did where he called Sharon and Terry 'nasty'.
He also says Steve was rolling his eyes at Sharon in the rehearsals and thats something you dont do to Sharon.

Clear as mud then really.
