I think it is very obvious that she didn't like his attitude from the auditions onwards. All she need have said was a comment on his performance and then I'm not sure he should be the X Factor winner because I personally don't think his attitude is one that will get him far in the music business. Still a lot for people to disagree with but she at least should be professional enough not to lose it to that extent or let an inexperienced talent competition entrant rattle her to that extent. You could say if he can do that, then maybe he does have what it takes to make it in a dog eat dog business and she hasn't! It's not her opinon that I object to, just the unprofessional way she put it over. Maybe she recognises something in Steve that she dislikes in herself - it is often the case when people overreact like that.
