Good Tablet around £200

Looking to buy a tablet for uni.

it must be able to display pdf, power point presentations and word documents.

can anyone recommend me a tablet cheaper the better

probably a Nexus 7 with 32gb. I don't think you can get a well branded 10 inch one at that price

Does it have to be a tablet, you can netbook + openoffice for around that price and it will a lot easier to view and edit documents with

Yeah, the 16GB ASUS Google Nexus 7 is probably the best you can get for this price. The 32GB Kindle Fire HD is £199 and it is not bad at all .

Yeah, the 16GB ASUS Google Nexus 7 is probably the best you can get for this price. The 32GB Kindle Fire HD is £199 and it is not bad at all .

I don't think a 7" screen would be very good for the OP's needs. 10" would be alot better or a netbook with a proper keyboard.

tablet would be preferred as its easier to carry around,

dont mind having a netbook.

wont be editing documents but viewing them.

Well I've been recommending it non stop since I bought it earlier this year but I will say it again, BlackBerry playbook will do those things really well. £129 for a 64gb version from pc world. Built in office editor will open word files etc. It's very smooth and snappy and nice to use if you don't mind a 7 inch screen.
