In the US, and rolling out to other countries in the future, there is now a YouTube channel for the Wii (yes, Wii - not Wii U)

They should have done this years ago. Hopefully we'll get one for the 3DS too, which allows watching YouTube's 3D videos in 3D.

Long-time users on the DS forums know I have a U.S Wii.

A message was sent to my Wii inbox asking for me to update. This will be the last chance to update for the Wii before the Wii U comes out on Sunday in The U.S, so there was a number of updates and extras in preparation for compatibility with the Wii U.

I agree with chrisy that this should've been added to the Wii years ago, around 2008 when it hit it's peak. Not alot of people switch their Wii's on now. Even less in the coming weeks with people getting their Wii U's.
