They're definitely keeping her as 14 by the sounds of it judging by the Twitter comments.
Plus she'll be 15 next month. And it's only three years younger than the actress so all these people acting like she's 45 are beginning to annoy me.

Thanks Mojo, that was really interesting. Can't say I liked Maddie much but I did find her much easier to watch as an out and out bitch like she has been recently. Always felt at the beginning with Maddie that although she wasn't a nice person we were supposed to feel sorry for her. She makes me think of something Emmett said about Brendan and that he wanted him to be the most hated person in the country but because I could see emotion in Brendan right from the start of Stendan it worked the other way with me and I fell in love with the character. I could never see true emotion with Maddie so I couldn't empathise with her or like her.

I think that was the problem. On paper, there's no reason why Maddie couldn't have been similarly complex and have fans despite her actions but it didn't work. I wonder if they'd messed around with casting a bit, whether it would have been different.

I don't think Danny's age is known.
But I don't know where this thing about her being Maddie's sister come from. The actress said she was playing Poppy and someone said that could be Maddie's sister and now everyone is acting like it's some sort of fact. It was never said Poppy was Maddie's sister at all.
I think I even remember the actress saying that her character would take Maddie down or something. It never sounded like a sister.

Haha exactly! I'm nearly 21 and my 15 year old cousin looks older than me. It's probably to do with her make up and the way her hairs styled and stuff
