I just ate a whole round tomato for the first time, I looked on the internet and some people say, its bad for you, or someone ate a whole tomato and died the next day!

I was wondering if its healthy to eat a whole tomato, onion, garlic or any other vegetables?

I always eat raw tomatoes, onions and garlic! Those three combined with chicken and mayo is delicious!

Apparetly raw garlic is good for lowering hypertension (and repelling Dracula). I have no idea how true that is, though.

I eat raw veggies because I love them crunchy! Mmm raw broccoli, cabbage, carrots, sweet pepper, cauliflower...

Your first tomato?! Do you live in the 1500s?

Carrots, celery and bell peppers are great raw. Raw garlic is good ..for your health.

Isn't tomato a fruit?

Anyways, I eat onion, carrot, and brocolli raw. Also peas, peppers, sugar snap peas.

Cauliflower is actually surprisingly pleasant raw, potatoes not so much!

I always eat the stem of broccoli when I am preparing them. We make red cabbage salad and also raw cabbage, onion and carrot is in coleslaw. I also like aubergine raw in salad, sprinkled with mint.

I know raw is better, but apart from carrots and peppers I much prefer vegetables (excepting salad leaves) cooked.

My sister and mother both love raw potato, which does not appeal to me whatsoever!

Mushrooms aren't vegetables.
Are they mineral then, as they aren't an animal!

It's the effects of killer tomatoes.

The only problem with tomatoes is the seeds. They can get stuck in the little pockets on your intestine and cause diverticulitis.

I assume you can eat all vegetables raw. Whether they taste good raw is a different thing.

It's not healthy for the tomato to be eaten.

That's brave. I always eat raw tomatoes. All vegetables can be eaten raw.

Some people on the internet are idiots, that's a fact
