To answer your question, Denise is a stage performer and excels on any stage, Whilst James is a Ballroom Dancer used to Ballrooms and not this farce!

He's brilliant. Well done to both of them.

Generally i wouldn't say she was the better dancer. But tonight I did think she out did James' performance. Possibly as a previous post points out dancing in a stadium is hardly his natural habitat.

That's right, she's only ever been trained to sit on a chair!

They overmarked on two dances which weren't the dances they were supposed to be so I agree.

Maybe James is still feeling the effects of his injury (yes I know he didn't hurt his NECK ...)

it was a great dance. i don't care how much training either of them have had. i really couldn't stand a whole show of richards and lisas.

Charlston is not part of the ballroom canon so James is not an expert in it, put that with the fact that Denise is a showgirl with some dance experience so in this dance it is not surprising she can match him.

I just wish she wouldn't spend every week saying how hard it is and she doesn't know if she is going to get the dance when we all know she is going to come out with a technically good dance every week.

They weren't at Wembley Stadium. They were at Wembley Arena. There is a big difference in stage and capacity. And neither of which is the natural habitat of either of them!

She was tonight, James had no swivel and they were meant to do the side to side head movements together, but she had to do them on her own because he couldn't do them.

Ah well. At least they were both miles better than some of the other couples.

You really do have a problem (and not just with Denise). How nasty.

She's more of a good performer than a great dancer.

Not being able to move his head that way does not make him a worse dancer than Denise.

It does tonight, he couldn't do the choreography given to him.

James did, have swivel. He always has had swivel in the charleston. He's a professional and a very good one.Couldn't do the choreography given to him ? What an imagination ! Of course he could !

Did you see ITT this week? They were meant to do the head movements together, they were practising them TOGETHER. Then on their interview he said he was struggling with them, so they took them out for him because he couldn't do them.

And he didn't ave swivel, I looked for it specifically because Richard and Erin didn't have any either and he was just step kicking.
