It disappeared on me too - it was showing the program that was supposed to be on BBC2!

I just had a phone call from some friends to ask if I had lost it, I was watching on Freeview HD and that was OK but checked on BBC1 Scotland SD and there was another programme. My friends would be watching BBC1 Scotland on Sky.

I missed the whole of Michael's dance. Grrr

Don't they usually say "sorry" for that sort of thing?? I don't think they have even noticed it happened yet - whoever pushed the wrong button won't have been told off yet!

They should show a recording of the last dance. That's not fair to Michael.

Very rarely nowadays.

Was this just in Scotland or did it happen throughout the UK. I can't believe that we only saw the last 20 seconds of his dance. Not fair - they should replay it but of course they can't due to time slots.

I can imagine there being complaints if he gets a low vote.

I got a Gaelic programme - I thought I had been sitting on the remote again! Glad it wasn't just me but I missed most of Michael's dance which is very unfair

This didn't happen to me, but the visuals were out of sync with the sound for a while.

All the comments from named locations seem to be from Scotland, BBC2 Scotland had Eorpa at that time so it is quite possible they screwed it up in Glasgow, they have "form"!

Glad it was not just the Bidie household. We only saw the last 15 seconds of Michael's routine - then we get a pathetic "apologies for the problems during SCD" before Merline comes on.

SHAME ON BBC SCOTLAND! Seems we missed a really good dance.

I noticed that. What a disaster as Craig would say. Was one of the top marked dances too. Grrrrr

I'm getting used to it ..... switched to BBC Wales on Sky 952 which always works. Used to have to do it every Thursday for ITT when BBC Scotland always showed some Gaelic rubbish. Now I just don't watch ITT coz Zoe Ball gets on my wick

This happened for me too, was watching on BBC1 Scotland.

I find it astonishing that they didn't show Michael's dance again at the end, and even more astonishing that they didn't mention what had happened. Wtf

After that debacle from Victoria he is probably safe, however I would have liked to have seen his dance live. I want my licence fee back lol

It will be interesting to see if a proper apology to viewers in Scotland is made by Tess or Claudia during the results show. We are not talking about a few seconds error - it went on for 3 minutes or so.

The apology was pathetic - how on earth did this happen?

It definitely didn't happen in England - someone must have pressed a wrong button for BBC1 Scotland/Wales/NI.

let's hope someone does tell Tess & Claudia. All those it happened to make sure you let them know somehow.
