Thought Lisa was wayyyy over marked (even more than usual).
Didn't like Louis and Flavia's routine.
Denise was fab.
Didn't think Victoria was as bad as they marked. Especially as the music was awful.
Michael was good yet slightly overmarked. But think that was due to The over marking of Lisa. He had to get higher.

Apart from thinking and feeling that Rich deserves the chop more than Vicky - I'm with you totally on this one.

1.Brendan and Flavia - love you both but what were you thinking seriously.
2.Brucie isn't NOT your show - get over it!
3.Whatever the cameramen were on - get them off it fast!
4.Taxi for Mr. Arnold
5.What were the judges watching and marking when Lisa performed because it surely can't be the same performance where she was out of time for half it that we saw.

1. Wembley is a TV disaaaaarrrrster darling. Truly awful.
2. I've always admired Bruce as a real pro, but he blew it tonight. He was bad. Time to go.
3. Dani has no wow factor whatever.
4. Louis has no wow factor whatever.
5. Michael is a lovely guy and his dance was a joy.

1. I loved the opening Back to the future VT with Louis and Michael doing their John Travolta moments.
2. Dani and Vincent surprise of the night
3. Tess is worried Claudia was WAY better than her last week, so she's repeating her lines
4. Natalie best choreography of the night
5. If you want to see a proper charleston bring back team Cola

....and sneaking in a 6th, brave of Flavia to do something contemporary, well done her

Dani and Vincent were fantastic and should have topped the leaderboard
Lisa overmarked and Denise overmarked
Kimberley and Pasha were better than Denise and James
Michael and Natalie - great American smooth proving yet again what a fantastic dancer and teacher Nat is.
Disappointed with everything about the routine from Louis and Flavia tonight. Hope the voting audience takes into account that Richard, Victoria and Lisa were worse and vote accordingly.
1. The emphasis on 'theme' (in this case, 'Dance Through the Ages') led to some awful combinations of music & dance.

2. Loved Michael & Natalie - so good to see a proper ballroom routine in hold this evening, & beautifully done too.

3. Louis & Flavia - disappointing.

4. Lisa's jump splits - awesome!!!!!

5. Brendan's choreography is usually ace, but he really didn't do Victoria any favours this evening.

Im very aware of the 'history lesson' thank you very much, I still see how it has any relevance whatsoever to the charleston. The charleston is all about flapper girls and cheeky comedy acts.

Now Monkeys.......them I CAN see doing a charleston.

1. Talk about chalk and cheese - last week's show was fantastic, this week's show was dire.

2. The production team needs to get its act together because the camera work, lighting, sound and special effects were dreadful this year.

3. First decent American Smooth we've had in ages and I LOVED IT!

4. Bruce was clearly trying to impress this week and only succeed in reminding me of how good last week's show was without him.

5. Lisa's costume has to get the award for the worst of the series, if not in the history of the show and the designer should be sacked.

Agree with you 100 %. Poor Lisa.

1. The singers all need strepsils... Or gags
2. Lisa over marked
3. Louis men
4. Love dani and Michael... The two I thought I'd hate
5. Who picked the songs for tonight? Was it a dare?

1. Bruce was rubbish. Last week's absence further made this week abandonly clear.

2. Lisa's Samba is definitely overmarked.

3. Denise's Charleston is different in the sense it's not a 'traditional' charleston music, but James' being outdanced by her, and since charleston is about syncronisation and side-by-sides, I thought those tens were unwarranted. All nines maybe...

4. Louis looked somewhat disengaged. Maybe the entire vast venue was too overwhelming for an introvert like him?

5. Dani was brilliant, about the only one not over or undermarked.

6. (sorry) Michael's routine brings a smile to me.

1. The minute Lisa got 8s for that 'samba' I knew we were in trouble.
2. The camera crew were over-fixated on filming the migraine-inducing kaleidoscopic light show going on on the floor.
3. The best spins in Victoria & Brendan's Paso were the ones that Freddie Mercury was doing in his grave.
4. Loved Vincent & Dani, the little 'dark ponies'.
5. Liked the ending where they all took to the floor again for a farewell like they do on the Tour.

1. Half of Michael's dance was missed by viewers in Scotland as the BBC cut to a bloody Gaelic programme. It looked great from what I saw.
2. Unfortunately I saw all of Lisa's dance. The judges are doing her no favours with the overmarking. Wardrobe are doing her no favours either.
3. Tess looked good tonight
4. Flavia - what WAS that?
5. I hate Wem-ber-ley

1. Just found the whole thing depressing. I know it raised a lot for Children in Need but as a TV programme it wasn't half as good as the usual studio. I think I'd have enjoyed all the dances more in the usual scale set.
2. Marking and judges' comments made very little sense to me pretty much all through.
3. I think I would have liked Flavia and Louis's AS in the usual studio OK. But think she misjudged the choreography, and the music for that space - or had little choice in the matter - and picking a 'not Fred and Ginger' Quickstep AS was throwing votes away and making things too hard on Louis. I thought Louis looked far more nervous than we've seen him before coming down the stairs at the beginning and from then on. It will be interesting to see if this spurs him on or switches him off completely. I will be so sad if he can't turn it around next week.
4. Natalie on the other hand deserves a 10. I'm going to be honest and say that I thought Michael looked awkward dancing quite a lot - obviously not the majority opinion - but she got everything right.
5. I haven't warmed to Nicky that much but I felt sorry for him not having a good week after the hype. I didn't like the choreography or staging for that either but I thought he danced it fine.

1. Wembley was as usual over hyped and suffered as a result.

2. Unlike the majority of posters on here I loved Lisa's samba. One of the only Samba's in SCD history that I really felt captured the mood of the carnivale atmosphere (personal opinion)

3. Louis looked like he couldn't be bothered. Acting like a child after the judges comments won't help him at all.

4. I'm not a Brucie hater but I did much prefer the combination of Claudia and Tess last weekend.

5. Didn't get Michael tonight at all. Thought he looked wooden in the torso but his arms were too loose. I actual thought it was worse than his Jive... didn't entertain nor was technically perfect.

1 I loved Denise and James dance. It is a relief to see some good dancing.
2 I havent enjoyed Lisa since week one. Enthusiasm doesn't make a good dancer.
3 I haven't been wowed by Dani although she is technically very good
4 I think Michael is great. If only he could improve his latin
5 Marking was too high but I think the leaderboard ended up in the correct order.

1) Horrific venue, music, staging, lighting, costumes, camerawork and shot selection

2) As above

3) Wow...Vicky on a bike...Brendan should have danced with that...it probably has more personality and musicality than she does.

4) Lisa overmarked as was Dani (based on what we got to see of it anyway)

5) Thank God for James' choreography and the performance of Denise and Michael

1. I like Wembley it puts a different type of pressure on but also creates a different atomsephere.
I think it showed how good Dani & Vincent are they used more of the floor than any of the other couples.
2. The show proved last week it can be good without bruce, Tess is more than capable of doing front of house. Claudia maybe not Karen Hardy or Zoe in the stars area?
3. Dani and Vincent under marked, Vincent and Flavia over marked
4. Like the judges on the floor entertaining as well!

1. Natalie is now my favourite pro.
2. I really missed Claudia tonight.
3. The poor camerawork hampered the whole show.
4. I don't think gymnastics works in an American Smooth.
5. Denise really deserved to get the first 10s of the series.

1) Loved Denise & James dance, more professional than professionals.
2) Wembley was better than last year but still a dire venue for SCD. Should I get binoculars for next year?
3) I liked Flavia & Louis dance, thought it was under marked (again)
4) Loved: Dani & Vincent, Michael & Natalie, and Kimberley & Pasha
5) I would rather Nicky went than any of the others, I'm just not impressed, I don't know why ?

1. Very angry with the poor video work and the poor lighting, but at least the audio was better than last year.
2. Loved Dani, Denise, Michael and Kimberley.
3. Not impressed by Louis or Nicky.
4. Laughed at Bruno standing up to try to see the footwork of Dani and Vincent, venue was too big, needed better camera work!
5. Marking makes more sense in the overall ranking, not in the individual dances.

1. Bruce walking into the Arena like a Roman emperor. If only they'd let the lions loose.

2. Karen's Jive was bad.
3. Lisa's Samba was bad.
4. Loved Denise's Charleston but not the music.
5. No more Wembley. Please!!
