Louis has a LOT of fans who are only watching SCD for the first time because he is on it. They want to see him do what they know him best for (gymnastics) mixed in with his dances..... and that is what they are doing I'd say

Maybe Flavia had to spend too much time with the awful Russell for the CIN spot last night....

That was filmed on 3rd November so that has been over for a couple of weeks now.

Well that's Craig's work done, he said Louis was over-confident. BTW that man lost it, 8 points for Lisa's samba? He says he doesn't do favouritisms, but he clearly does.

I hope not, he hasn't wowed me yet, the only dance of his I liked was his Tango. I'm hoping this is just preparing him for a "massive comeback" where I finally understand the fuss over him.

I don't think it's because of the multiple excuses I've been reading though, I think Flavia's choreography (not the producer's, I have seen them being blamed) just didn't work, it happens, some ideas just don't come together.

Jeez! It's not like he hasn't had plenty of praise, he is a performer. It's all cleverly orchestrated by the judges! He's a dead cert for the final, his best is yet to come!

That pommel horse leg waving was a terrible idea.

As the starter of more anti-Louis threads week after week. I'm really surprised by your comments.

Maybe CIN impacted on their rehearsal time

?

You've got the wrong guy, surely. SCD-O has them as favourite or second fave. He's being objective. Well, poetic and objective

Yeah, I was concerned for Kimberley on that account too. Three performances, two of them live on TV is a big deal

The choreo was woeful tonight unfortunately But I think there's still a lot to come from Louis & Flavia - like we saw with their tango, when they get the music & choreo right, it all clicks into place & looks fantastic.

Russell and Flavias CiN was filmed on 3rd November... Flavias Samba with Louis was on the same day so that was a couple of weeks ago.

I dont think so Louis has much more left to give and he has the potential to be brilliant which he will show over the next coming weeks. .

I think their choreography has been pretty much spot on most times... tonight was a gamble that never quite worked out on the grand scale of things maybe. Sometimes taking risks works and sometimes it doesn't.

No as I can clearly remember picking them up on it before.

They are subtle Louis put-downs and not outright hatred. Goes under the radar of most people.

I absolutely resent your insinuation. Louis may be my second fav, it doesn't mean I have to blindly like everything he does. He clearly underperformed tonight.

Please accuse the real Louis haters and don't embroil me into this silly mire. It's a waste of time.

I'm a Louis fanatic, in fact I can be a bit over the top and I never once imagined that I'd say this to anyone else but you really need to calm down hun.

Not every criticism is a slight on Louis, if they're justified they're valid, even if they're not justified everyone is allowed an opinion.

I love Louis, I want him to win, but that was a pretty poor routine. Others were worse, but Louis & Flavia are capable of so much better. The choreography was poor, the feel was very flat,, his thumb was still up after countless weeks and he was lucky to not have it pointed out again and it felt very stilted. He also needs to start performing, just a smile will do.

I don't think he's improved from week one, but despite what the judges have said, his performances have never really been the sticking point for me. He gives as much of a performance as anyone else (besides Lisa lol). It's his technical deficiencies that have let him down in the past IMO. His performances have always been not too bad actually. But tonight he really didn't perform. He looked spooked and lacklustre and I was actually really surprised.

I'm hoping his lowish position on the leader board will give him the kick up the bottom he needs to fulfill his potential.

Me too, if he's here next week. I imagine people will have panic voted like I did.

One vote is not panic vote, Alli.

If only you know, I often get home after half eight, and after I watch the catch-up it's too late for me to vote. So if Louis survive this week, please if you intend to vote for him, then vote for him again for me, please?

It is for me, I'm a spotty arsed jellus hatah and I don't vote, so it's a biggie for me.

No worries hun. But I'm only voting next week if he's good. Deal?
