Okay, just throw in a vote for me. I know you don't like Dani so I can't ask you to vote for her. I may ask Sid to vote for Dani on my behalf...

He'll impress people again I'm sure.

I for one don't mind the '6's' from Craig and would love it if Louis somehow ended up in the bottom two, my reasoning being...

I turned off towards the end of the last series because it was a one horse race. Sure Chelsee was good but she was never going to get as many votes as Harry. I like my talent competitions to be spicy and varied, At the moment I think this series is running the risk of becoming like the last...

People sadly can't get past Denise's 'History' or supposed 'fakery'. Dani is a dark horse but only in the same way that Chelsee was, I really can't see who will be picking up the phone to vote for Dani other than hardcore fans. Other than that I see very little competition for Louis to get to the final. I thought Lisa may be the one to edge him out but it seems criticism is now being leveled at her too.

Louis has it in the bag as far as I'm concerned no matter how well he dances. Shame really as it makes it such a yawnfest...

I don't think Dani, like Chelsee, has any so-called hard-core fans.

I like Dani, and even peg her as my favourite (Louis second), but I haven't voted for her as yet.

Then again, I MAY live to regret it. Don't read spoiler so I don't know if she's saved or not...

I personally didn't think any of them were great tonight and i blame that mostly on where they were. I didn't enjoy Flavias choreography but i really don't think Louis has peaked too soon, i believe we have more great routines to come

He wasn't great tonight & I don't think it was Flavia's finest hour in terms of choreography either but he'll be back. Think it may be time for Flavia to bring in an acting coach as well to help with his performance.

I hope he's not going to pull out of the show as he looked rather disinterested in last night's proceedings.

My heart sank when he threw in that gymnastic stuff as he still has to get through another 4 weeks before the final.

Denise and Dani are pulling ahead from the rest of the pack IMO.

Louis may not be able to catch up if he doesn't refocus and leaves it too late.

That gymnastic stuff isn't even acceptable in the final imo.
Just flippin' DAHNCE, darling!
It isn't as if he can't. But he's just too cool for (dance) school.

Not for me. No.
I want to see fancy footwork.
Recognisable dance. Not somersaults. How is that dancing?

So you would rather have it as it is now; manufactured manipulations to beat Louis down just so that viewers like you think it's more level? And that is what you want as you want the one you think is leading by miles to be in the bottom two to make you think that it's level.

Can't we just stick with reality? If he is popular then that's as it is.

Dancing: Moving around in time to the music. Nowhere does it mean a set of formal laid out steps and only ever that.

Where you not around in the disco dancing era of the late 70s where all sorts of flips and moves where in. But I suppose that wasn't dancing either?

I was born in the 50s. I don't see spinning on your bottom as dancing. Definitely not.

Ask again next week - sometimes couples just have an off week. Two 'off' weeks in a row is very risky.

I think he started good and has remained good, his performance level IMO is missing, kind of like painting by numbers!!

That dance would be great in the final with a bit if that body popping we saw in Len's Lens for god measure.

yes I'm starting to think that Louis can't act out his dances because he's really not enjoying them.

I think his reaction in the results show proves how invested he actually is in SCD. he looked so devastated and down, and then when his and Flavia's name was called just so relieved.

He wants to be there, and he really wants to do well, he just had a not quite so good week, no wonder really when you consider all the public snarking that was done about him this week.

If the judges want his performance to improve, that's what they need to critique him on.

What a great post.

I was so fed up yesterday and today, but he's got the paso this week, it's the perfect dance for him of the ones he has left.

I was born in the 40s and I like to see all dancers on their feet not their bottoms, or anything else for that matter. Mind you I would never dare get down on the floor while I was dancing, as I'd never get up again without help !

The judges are picking on him due to 'expectation' - not fair.

Good dancers have bad weeks. Even Ramps had some duffers (jive, rumba, foxtrot).

Louis is introverted, so he's going to come across as unemotional, you just have to look beneath the surface to see how much it means to him. BIB well said.

Every week, more of his personality is coming out, Flavia is doing a great job.

It looks like I was the only one along with Craig, who liked their dance, I like the quirky stuff, and I didnt mind the gymnastics, I think Flavia has underplayed it, so far, which IMO is correct, this is a dancing show, but a bit of gymnastics here and there, adds to the interest, and is good for Louis in his comfort zone.

I dont think he's peaked at all.

What's it worth?

On Louis, I don't believe he's peaked because I don't believe he's progressed much. There's still time for him to learn to embrace the emotional aspect of dancing. But even if he never really connects with the music or Flavia, I don't think it will cost him victory. I'm certain there's still enough support for him to go all the way - he's a good looking young man, he moves well and he's an Olympian - it's an unbeatable combination.

I was rather worried about Flavia tonight when the couples were waiting to find out if they were safe. Flavia didn't hear their names called out and seemed very withdrawn. She had to ask Louis if they were safe. They've not been my favourite couple but I did feel sorry for them this week. They both seem to be feeling the strain this week.
