Why is Flavia always given horrible dresses?

Her dress tonight was atrocious. She's a beautiful and petite little thing but I've noticed she is consistently given badly made and generally unattractive outfits to wear.

She should complain!

In fairness the pros get more say than the celebs do and some actually use their own dresses, this evenings was especially dire no matter who chose it.

Seriously? She has had gorgeous dresses EVERY week this series except for tonight I'd say. I've generally liked hers more than most of the others over the course of the series. Last weeks was stunning!

I loved her red cat suit on CiN. She looks fab in red (well in anything pretty well but especially in red)

It was dire, in fact all the costumes were appalling . They all look so cheap looking this series.

I didn't understand the theme of Flavia and Louis's dance. What decade was it supposed to be?

Sorry but the worst dress this week has to be poor Lisa's....what the hell were wardrobe thinking.

There was enough fabric in that dress of Flavia's to make a garment for Lisa Riley. I don't like acres of flesh on show but that was hideous. Mind you, the whole dance was one to forget!

I agree; embarrassing to watch.

I think it was the 1930s. Their 'prop' was a skyscraper like the ones in those 30s photos of construction workers eating their lunches while sitting miles up on girders.

And nothing says happy quickstep like 1930s Depression!

Flavia has had some lovely dresses (especially when Sue Judd was in charge) but no body has EVER been given a more dreadful dress than Lisa was last night. She most certainly needs to complain. Poor girl, all credit to her that she kept smiling and gave it her all, but her dress was hideous. Whoever was responsible for it should be fired.

Absolutely. On the 'Wardrobe and Lisa' thread we've been sympathising with her for 2 weeks now, but especially after last night. The dressmaker concerned should be sacked. It was cruel.
