X Factor jumping the shark now with their attempts to nobble Chris?
What was that ridiculous lighting and cameras they gave him last night? He sang well, as always, but I found it really hard to concentrate on his singing with all the absolutety ridiculous and nasty lights and cameras the production gave him. A monster picture of him with huge light beams coming from his eyes behind him? Surrounding him in a cage of blue bars? I was glad to hear Gary defensively deny any involvement in it!

I think that they're getting quite desperate now - but the public will see it for what it is.

It was quite funny. I don't even like Chris but if their aim was to stop people voting it had the opposite affect on me - I actually felt like picking up the phone for him. I didnt though.

Yeah it was ridiculous tbh, the lighting, the camera angles, the bland comments are all a route to bottom 2 usually. I think the problem the show has is that it has been SO blatant and SO obvious that people will take no notice of the things above and vote for him anyway.
I remember thinking that no one could have been treated worse than Danyl but they have surpassed themselves this year! I wanted him to do well from his auditions, wasnt really bothered after the first 2 live shows, but the manipulation and the bias has meant that im desperate for the guy to win!! Now i know what Cowell will do to him, and i know that in a years time her will be gone, but i just want people to show that they wont put up with the sort of crap they throw at 1/2 contestants each year any more By the way Rylan fans, thank your lucky stars because im positive this treatment was set in stone for him until Chris came along |

Nothing would make me vote for him. I honestly believe the reports about him being bad backstage are true because none of the contestants have a nice word to say of him..... I don't recall this ever happening before.

If the producers wanted him out, he would have been given the 'death slot' at the beginning of the show. Poor Rylan to be out is my prediction.

Infact performing first might explain why he gets so many votes due to the voting change. Its probably the last to perform who has the bad end of the deal now. |

He signs his own death warrant with vile safe predictable song choices, cheesy vocals and a thoroughly dislikeable personality
Just go away Baloney |

The irony is if this had happened on a BBC talent show, the same newspapers who are helping to propagate the anti-Chris propaganda would be attacking the BBC for this appalling behaviour.

Pretty sure they did that already with Mary Byrne and Janet Devlin.

That screen of his face was truly terrifying. I knew Nicole would comment on it, I was in stitches at the laser eyes, and his creepy creepy grin! It wasn't just a huge, laser eyed picture, but a already creepy, huge laser eyed image.
I wish he would just go. He makes me uncomfortable. He had the shakes on again last night, can't stand him. |

They pulled every trick last night. Gary saying he wants James to win. Scary face and evil eyes. Red and black lighting. Good guy, bad guy comments. I am tempted to vote for the guy just for their efforts. I can see him in the bottom two tonight though. Simon Cowell and his minions probably on speed dial to make sure.

They're being so obvious about it that they're doing nothing but making fans of his defensive. It's so obvious how the show is against him, that people voting will vote extra because they'll always be worried he's in danger. The way they're treating him is awful, it's even got me feeling bad for him and I don't really like him.

Lots of people who haven't previously enjoyed his performances, myself included, really enjoyed last night's and I have voted for him. I wonder if any other 'casual' voters have too.
