The BBC spent hundreds of millions of pounds of taxpayers' money moving departments to Salford just down the road from Blackpool - couldn't Strictly Blackpool be organised from there?
Well the BBC are going to be leaving Television Centre, Shepherd Bush for good soon . I can't remember is it up north they're relocating, so Blackpool will be nearer.

The 6500 at Wembly are here to stay.
I agree. Personally, I wasn't taken with the Blackpool thing. Seemed totally unnecessary to go all that way and lug all that kit for the end result. I can deal with Wembley Arena. Megs

Anything will be an improvement on last night!

The singing was worse than the X Factor (That's VERY bad!) and the sound was painfully unprofessional all evening.

If they must use Wembley, why don't they simply close down the size of the floor? Board, or carpet, off several feet all the way round, or/& bring in another 3, 4, or 5 rows of seats which will give them more ticket money as well, as making the floor size, while still large, more suitable.
Please put kaycee in charge. First sensible suggestion for making Wembley bearable

They also need to stick screwdrivers, doughnuts, or something in the cameras' inner workings to prevent long shots, unscrew every third lightbulb, hide harnesses and cables, stifle Bruce, ban extra dancers (even the half-naked ones), give the Pros their own choice of music and routine, and take away points for gormlessness in the Tess area.
