Every body was over marked last night. Her position on the leader board was about right. Personally, I'd place her a little higher.

Exactly, it was good and had relevant content, but most of all, for me, it was the most charismatic dance of the night, so infectious. She did have a few iffy moments, but the iffy bits lasted for about 10 seconds in total. The ending was a little messy and hurried, but most of it was very good and full of energy, bounce and clean lines.

Fact is, technically, she is doing moves very well for the most part, but for some moves, her body won't look like it would on a smaller dancer. Doesn't mean she isn't doing it properly.

Ummm...yes it does. She had no samba bounce, she doesnt pick her feet up, she has ugly lines, it was littered with mistakes, timing was off, Robin stamped on her foot, how much more do you want?

She should have been just above Voctoria & Richard imo.

Dance is subjective. There are a lot of variables also, like choreo. Even judging the 'technicality' can be subjective. Lisa is a good dancer, and is technically one of the better dancers in the whole competition.

But, for a show like Strictly, performance, choreo and music play a major role in influencing the outcome of whether you like a dance or not. The judges are not immune to subjectivity. (Arguably), Lisa is overwhelmingly one of the best performers there, even in her serious dances. She's infectious and joyful to watch. Robin gives clever choreo (though I do agree he needs to change it up now). Combine that with her grace, rhythm, energy, light footwork, not to mention she dances respectably, then I can see why the judges give her the marks they do.

I think the marks are about right - she certainly isn't any more overmarked than most of the others (Michael, Nicky and Victoria spring to mind).
I agree, with Nicky and Victoria in particular but Michael I think has made a huge improvement, but the judges overmark everyone constantly.
I don't understand peoples' fixations on the scores, it's the place on the leader board which counts and she's usually been placed correctly imho.

They judges have obviously been told to follow 'the big girls are beautiful' agenda.
She does the same thing week after week:sleep:

Dance judgement [u]is subjective [u]
What is not subjective is that her Latin Samba contained little or no samba interpretation was clumsy and was void of samba footwork
The Lisa dance routines show little or no improvement for the past three weeks and choreography contains much simpler development than virtually any other competitor
Fact? her top line in hold is (dance) ugly her top V shape in hold is ((dance) missing or at best minimal

For me a bottom three this week although Richard justly gone

For me she was the most overmarked of them all. But I would have scored like this:

Denise - 10
Louis/Dani/Kimberley/Michael - 8
Lisa/Nicky - 6
Victoria - 5
Richard - 4

She really isn't one of the best technically she's one of the worst. What she is brilliant at is selling the dance. The enthusiasm and joy is infectious, but het technique is TERRIBLE. Her Latin dances, as far as I'm concerned, are disco freestyles, not the dances they should be.

Yeah she's been surpassed by Denise, Louis, Dani, Michael and Kimberley for sure. Even Nicky has his moments. The only person she is for sure better than is Victoria. Dubious honour, that one.

Lots of talk about what wardrobe does to Lisa

Why not change the rules and instead of dressing Lisa to match an improbable interpretation of the chosen dance I suggest they dress her to match the same interpretation she gives for every dance

I suggest a flower mill workers smock and party decorated clogs

I've thought Lisa was overmarked since week 1, and nothing I've seen since has made me change my mind at all. I think she's almost getting worse rather than better.

Anyone else who'd danced that Samba would have scored about 5. I have no idea why Craig likes her so much, she has all the technical faults he usually hates!

And she's not even funny anymore, it's now just incredibly irritating that she doesn't improve at all. Very soon it'll be getting to the point where she might stay in at the expense of better dancers. I hope that's not the case and that she has another 2 weeks at the absolute most left in the competition (and that's only providing Nicky and Victoria get voted out in the next 2 weeks).
