Since no one else has replied / is replying, I thought I wold chime in.
I missed the programme's scheduled slot on t.v. when it was on and had no idea what it was about.
But since you mentioned it, I took it to myself to look it up on Youtube and found this.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLADia6sE3k

I have to say, he's very good indeed, for a professional dancer.
He has obviously trained for that over the years too.

He was extremely good. He's the front-runner now.

Thanks for the link, LilSoapy. Lovebites, if you watch that link it's just Johnny's performance and the judges remarks.

Just seen the video. He is good isn't he? It helps that he can dance and has the upper body strength to do it though i suppose.

Hello Possums!
I've been watching all the performances on YouTube, and loving it all, though I must admit, I am a bit biased where John is concerned. He's been really good, and he looks like he's having a lot of fun with it too. It's so nice to have some new JP to screen cap. I am missing all his interviews though. I am a total internet Dummy, and have no clue how to access/watch all the programs he has been on; Sunday Brunch Aug 3, The Wright Stuff Aug 4, and now This Morning. I have looked on YouTube, but can't see anything. Has anyone recorded these interviews?? Or know where I can see them?? *feeling left out, old and dumb DownUnder* (Can you hear violins)? All the best, from Oz. XXxxx

No, sorry Love. John's just too quick for me to 'catch'. My equipment and I are just not good enough to get any decent pics. John is a blur of muscles. Hoping someone has better luck than I did, and posts them for everyone to enjoy, especially for those of us outside the UK. xxx

Seeing a mention of Strictly makes me realise how quickly the year is whizzing by!

I just wanted to mention just in case anyone hasn't seen that Marc is, in his own words ' lugging a watermelon around with me everywhere during world water week (31st August to 5th September) in order to raise money and awareness for the 748 million people on this planet who don't have access to safe water.'

The watermelon is called Gregory and he weighs a massive 10kgs so Marc is really earning any sponsorship money anyone kindly donates to this important cause...which can be done here....

I saw Saturday's Tumble too, and also felt a bit shocked and sad to see Johnny go.
I don't understand how on earth that judge at the end came to that conclusion.
I thought he did very well really.

Ahh well...... he went out with a big grin on his face. That's something positive, and I'm glad he really enjoyed his time in the competition.

Also, I actually assumed he would have done Strictly instead of something like Tumble, (all those acrobatics, jumping around e.t.c. can really ware you out I suppose) as he's usually more used to the professional dancing stuff, but it seemed like he wanted try something new and challening that he hadn't done before.
So yeah..... nothing wrong with that really I guess.

Maybe he'll come in a bit later on Strictly. *fingers crossed*
If not, I think it would be nice to see him there next year instead.

Oh? That's interesting. How kind of Marc to challenge himself in order to raise money for a respectable charity, It's nice of you to let people know.
Thanks for the heads up too. I may put in a small donation myself.

I've been reading of another charity around the net that some people have been doing. Apparently, It's called the "Ice Bucket Challenge." I don't know if you, or anyone else here has read/heard about that one.

I have no idea who came up with that one, but as the title suggests, people have a bucket of ice water thrown over them. *Brrrrr!*

It's to raise money for people with ALS.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amyotro...eral_sclerosis
Only heard/read about it since last week

Again, I think it's really kind that people are willing to challenge themselves to crazy stuff in order to raise money and awareness that there are people out there suffering badly, and it helps in knowing that it's all for a very good cause.

Not that I know of. It looks like fun though. (if only for charity)
I wonder if either John and Marc are willing to do the challenge.
I suppose we may not know. But that's okay though.

Oh cool! I had no idea these were posted up on Youtube!
You made a very good find there.
It was fun to see John & his husband Jon having fun with the icy water there.
All in a good cause of course.

It's a bit of a shame though, that most chryedians aren't really posting here anymore since Johnny and Marc stopped filming in E.E. So I guess we won't really know if any chrydian out there is willing to try this challenge out for themselves.

I'm not really sure where people get the ice from.
There might be a very small chance I might be willing to try it too...... one day, if I'm brave enough.
I don't suppose you'd think of trying it too.

Hello there! Appearances to the contrary, I'm still alive. I've seen photos of Marc Loading
with melon or watermelon, not exactly what is, and judging by the pictures
it is given very well.

LOL! Poor Mr Gregory The Watermelon indeeed!
Covererd in bandages...... I hope he gets well soon.

Other than that, I guess Marc could just extract the juice and make himself a nice refreshing drink of some kind.

Greetings All,
I,m impressed there are still Chryed fans

Greetings All!,

I,m impressed there are Chryed fans here after all this time!
An indication of the relevance of the Chryed storyline to our everyday life-perhaps?
To all those who viewed this story as important for our culture,or those who just loved a mixed race gay romance,I salute you.Whatever your motivation,Our discoursrse was important for us,if not for others. As a point of common interest,it was invaluable, for those who loved this story for it,s humanity and it,s everyday relevance as a story of love against the odds.
I miss those who voiced such strong views on such a difficult subject and hope their acceptance of difference has translated to "real life".We are all the richer for their belief,if this has happened,Perhaps,we are more accepting than we thought-I truly hope so.
I wish all my fellow Chryedians well--live happy and believe we are all the same.
