I have never heard of this before If true, it explains a few things about what I thought was poorly kept up colouring - on lots of women, not just Tess !!

When it comes to females hair madetomeasure Errol is in his element, he would be able to transform Denises and her hair into a new woman

Yes I have often wondered why the female celebs on TV and in mags have always got their roots showing, and that is the reason apparently, a celeb trend to prove that they have no grey, apparently Madonna does it, it all seems quite bizarre to me, especially the ones that then go on to have their roots touched up as well because there are a few grey's showing lol

Dark roots have been fashionable for years now. More noticeable these days tho. I should imagine it'll be out of fashion soon because once everyone copies a thing it becomes passé.

Just wishing the older Dads would copy the half mast jeans look. Would soon kill it off.

Equally, it might not prove anything!

The short trouser look above the socks has been copied by the Dads but it hasn't killed that off yet, it was David that started that unfortunate fashion.

I'm not really a fan of the roots on display look, I just think why!

Very true, she can't make up her mind what it should be.

It's a fashion.

As was/is;

Like showing the waistband of a thong.

Young men wearing half-mast, low-crutch trousers, copying U.S.A prisoners who aren't allowed belts, so the bottom half of their prison uniform hangs that way.

Many people's accent is a mixture of many different ones, few have a pure accent. The accent can also change quite quickly, there are many stories of people reverting to a more intense accent when in contact with someone from their home area.

Nice to hear Tess speaking proper English with no accent rather than all the South of England accents that we usually get, it's all relative.

Unfortunately she does have a bit of an accent, an East Midlands one, not very strong, just on certain syllables which she tends to stress, whether deliberately or not.

How many times
should we all say capples then?

You see all accents can be mocked.

Many Southerners do not understand why there are historically good reasons for the vowel sounds in the North of England not being the same as those in the South of England.
