They filmed GA first, then we had to wait for a few minutes for her to arrive back from hair and make up before they filmed any of the eliminaton stuff.

Yes it was lovely. They obviously got on really well.

I'm getting really soft in my old age. Reduced to tears and a thumping heart two weeks in a row despite knowing the result the night before

So 2 of my 3 favourite couples have now been In the dance off. Really hope my other favourite (Louis/Flavia) is not in the dance off next week

Now for the X factor results - which will be VERY interesting!

So maybe the 'creepy Richard' posts on here criticizing him for touching Erin were wrong?

Wembley is far too big; watching this evening's programme confirmed that for me.
And it seems sillier and sillier each time they refer to Saturday's show.

I have nothing against Kylie, but I still prefer the original Locomotion by Little Eva: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=xufxKCC1NJ8

I do wish that the judges would stop their bickering.

Edited: yesterday, again, Victoria and Brendan thanked everyone for voting; and Denise and James did, too; others may have said thank you without me having noticed.
Edited.

Very releived Louis and Flavia are through and I think they are too ... I think Flavia was totally prepared for the dance off and wasn't even listening for their name

And awww for Louis almost crying.... Claudia did make me laugh though

The Wembley show is not what I want on SCD. It's like seeing your favourite band playing at .....Wembley....No Thanks. A let down.
Shame it wasn't a double elimination tonight as the Irish farmer is lacking in every respect.
Lisa made me shed a tear. For the right reasons.
Next week beckons.

Hubby said she nicked a bit of chain mail from the Merlin wardrobe!

But in our house we like Tess and at least some of her frocks.

Ironic that she gets voted off after dancing on a staging based on a tropical island...

So did a lot of people - but only Victoria ever gets mentioned. She has more reason to thank people though.

That's quite derogatory, as, while I have nothing against farmers (they are great people), it's patently obvious Nicky is not a farmer so you either slagging Irish people or farmers, neither of which is nice.

Ās a matter of interest why did you refer to Nicky as an Irish farmer ? Is it a put down or what is the meaning as to me it sounds close to the Irish Paddy.Correctme if I am wrong but sounds like an offensive derogatory term to me

Maybe he still has work to do, but they all do, except perhaps Denise. He is still learning but I think he just needs to tweak a few things and he could be really great.

And as for that dance yesterday, apart from a small error, the problem wasn't his. More like some strange choreographic choices and perhaps even other behind scenes stuff getting in the way.

Yes I too felt insulted by that remark. Nicky comes from an affluent part of Dublin and is married to the daughter of an ex prime minister. He's probably never been near an Irish farm.

And I come from an Irish farming background myself - what's wrong with Irish farmers

I thought he was not in sync with Flavia, and there was a lack of cohesion in his movements.

I'm not fighting peach, but he wasn't great yesterday, he just wasn't. Some of it lies with him. That's just how it is, for me.

And he's going to have to improve, other things aside.

I agree on all points. I also thought that Sarah Harding of GA looked totally unrecognisable!!

Lordy - Cheryl Cole is dire!

Kimbo was OK.

It was dreadful have never liked GA and I believe they were miming, sounded completely different to Kylie who was definatley live.

I thought it wrong that GA were even allowed to perform considering one of their girls was in SCD no way would Kimberely have gone out tonight after that, all prearranged.

Has anyone noticed that there are only 3 boys left now in the competition so a forgone conclusion fix a girl will win the glitter ball this year.!!
