It's not really nasty; simply asking do people believe he will distance himself from the show once he's out. And to be honest, I think he will. I just imagine him being the type of performer who doesn't want to be known for X Factor fame.

he already clearly thinks he is above the x factor.

I wouldn't say its a nasty thread, I agree with the OP. There have been quite a few past contestants that have slagged the x factor off. Its mainly the male contestants to.

He gives off a 'better than everyone else' vibe though I would put that down to immaturity and inexperience considering lots of guest acts have said he is the best contestant and a surefire winner etc.

To me he seems very genuine and humble and I've grown to like him. I think he will be the type of person who wants credibility which will be difficult but it is achievable. But I don't think he will shun the show once it is over.

He'd be right to think that!

This annoys me a little bit like people saying "oh he thinks he's a sure fire winner!" Well he obviously thinks he has a chance to win otherwise he wouldn't be on the show. It's contestants like Ella and Jahmene who always played innocent and acted like they didnt know how good they were. Why did they go on the show if they didn't think they could win?!
