I actively enjoy watching the show go into a gooey meltdown because it's funny, and it doesn't hurt anyone really. The show workers will be passed on to ITV's next big thing, the producers are rich enough for it not to matter, and the contestants don't usually have great opportunities after the show anyway.
So no, I'll not be crying or complaining when it goes. I'll just find something else to watch.
