Voting/Criticising Result

How many people criticising the results actually vote? There are quite a few on FB and Twitter who i know don't vote but were apoplectic over the result.

Personally i don't vote but also couldn't care less who won or gets voted off, it's a gameshow at the end of the day.

I gave my first vote of the series on Saturday night, one for James and one for Rylan. Obviously I am quite a bad luck omen.

I agree OP - I have asked many of the angry facebook people if they voted - and they haven't

You can have an opinion without voting though. If you watch the show you can be outraged whether you voted or not. This isn't the general election.

I don't see the point, I'm not going to buy their records and I certainly don't think m(any) of them have a successful career to look forward to.

If this ends up being the last series, their careers are even more doomed because they can't even promote their albums ofn next years live shows.

I vote but I don't tend to moan about the results. I just say "meh not everyone voted like me".

I wasnt surprised to see this weeks bottom two either. Always happens at least ONE week that you get a couple of people there that are unexpected. Ella's popularity has been waning anyway and I'm not sure what level of support James has generally.

Im in my early 40s and refuse to line Cowells pockets, i have a 25 year old daughter who votes and she votes for Jahmene every week. I have been expecting ella to be in the bottom 2, her support has been falling for weeks now

I think the phone vote has been decreasing over the years i remember reading somewhere in the early days of 2010 the phone vote was down even thou the veiwing fiqs were up ..

Maybe its a mixture of boredem, less money around, getting annoyed with the manipulation and their favourites going out in prevoius years
They release the % of votes for each round but never the number of votes ..however they do say so many millions vote in the final
If the viewing figs are down the phone vote must have really gone down which gives the oppertunity for the so called joke acts who may have a cult following to get futher than they have in the past

i get that, but not the level of vitriol there was, if you had paid good money fair enough. But as someone said about a US election 'if ya don't vote, don't bitch'

We've had no-one called Snowy - but Series 1 had a rocker called Tabby

Or are you thinking of Chico
