when the dust settles and people calm down, will you still tune in next week, regardless?

No. I've never said I would never watch it again despite being outraged by some of the eliminations over the years but the weekend there teamed with the general poorness of this year's acts means I am done with it. How the public could possibly be voting for Rylan and Chris over Ella and James just shows what it has become. |Time to cancel it. And I say that with a heavy heart as I have been a massive X Factor fan over the years.

I haven't voted because I don't think it's an outrage.....aside from Christopher still being there.

As long as Rylan remains I shall continue watching

Yep. Kind of sick of people saying "I ain't watching again, blah blah". Just because the result didn't go your way. People always tune in in some form.

I didn't watch this week and I haven't watched every week for years. My Saturday nights really don't start right here.

It will depend on the weather, what else is on offer etc etc.

I don't think it was an outrage, I won't be watching for the same reasons I haven't watched this week and have only seen bit of previous weeks. I don't really rate any of the acts.

I will watch the results show though - it can be pretty funny

Does anyone think Pop Idol should come back for 16-24 year olds and have Simon, Pete, Nicki and Foxy doing that so then there are no category's an then the year after popstars the rivals like in 2002 when solo singers auditioned and then they became a band or does everyone think Simon should return to X Factor?

None of your poll answers apply to me. There was no outrage. People didn't vote for her. That is that.

i havent seen a live sat show since week 1 and have only watched the last 15 mins of the last 2 eviction shows. my mother in law usually texts me in outrage most weeks about strings being pulled but still tunes in the week after and the week after. thats why the producers will never change - why would they?

I am voting for Rylan because I like watching him on stage and this show might be the last time we get to see him do his stuff - whereas with James and Ella it's more a case of waiting for their inevitable albums down the line so we didn't really need to vote for them. The visuals are less important with artists like them, Same with Jahmene. He'll make a cracking album but you don't need to see him perform in the flesh.

I think there should be another option - yes because I'm not bothered that Ella got the boot.

Yes, I've never taken the show seriously enough to care about a shock result.
