Send it off for free repair at Hays Technology, Samsungs repairers! (That is provided you haven't had any dodgy things be done to it e.g. unlocking on market. ) I did and it was ok. But then it broke again and I got a new phone (SONY ERICSSON K700i)

Can you tell me how to get in contact with Hays Technology, as I may have a phone that needs to be sent back for repair.

Thanks

I'm not positive because it was well over a year ago, but I think I rang Samsung UK directly and told them my phone was buggered. Then they gave me the details for sending it to Hay's.

Number for Samsung UK is : 0870 242 0303 (9-6 MON - SAT)
