Olive Ascolane in Lidl
My wife popped to Lidl today and came back with a box of Olive Ascolane. Not had them since we lived in Italy in the early 2000's.
For anyone that's not sure what they are, they are olives stuffed with a meat filling and breadcrumbed then deep fried. Even my wife loves them and she can't stand olives. Just need them to get fiore di zucca or supli/arancini in now! http://italianfood.about.com/od/vegg.../r/blr0601.htm |

Blimey, what kind of dedication would you need to have to stuff your own olives?
