Bullying of Christopher is shocking!
Just read Louis' article about how he is "bland and boring", I'm sorry but is this not the same man who burdened us with Wagner, Johnny and very briefly Gouldie?
Christopher isn't going to set the music world alight but he's a sweet guy and no one deserves the sort of reaction he is getting, Rylan is far worse and at the end of the day the public get the deciding vote. Tulisa saved Rylan a few weeks back and now she is complaining! Do the right thing, Help Christopher win the show for his nana! |

I think the only way Christopher will win X Factor will be voted for by those who stick two fingers up to Cowell and his faked competition.

It's a talent show. The best singer should win. I couldn't care less if Christopher Maloney is the resurrected Christ, he isn't a great singer and he doesn't have a career. Surely better not to get his hopes up?
Perhaps he isn't a great singer....but he is the best singer out of those left in the competition. As you say, the best singer should win

Xtra Factor last night consisted of Caroline Slack throwing digs, Emma Willis saying he's got the sympathy vote, Tulisa saying he shouldn't be in the competition.

I mean, I agree they have a lot of similar traits and although possible it's unlikely. |

Louis is only telling the truth, Chris is bland and boring, doesn't mean Louis doesn't like him as a person though, and it deffo doesn't mean Chris is getting bullied.

It's not bullying, it's expressing an opinion. Those who like him, vote for him. Those that don't, bitch about it. Seems pretty fair.
You gotta take the knocks along with the good stuff. |

As for winning the show for his Nana, I mean we are aware that its gone beyond a talented vocal competition and goes more to popularity but you think now we should vote according to someones Grandparents ? |

I tell you why people are giving him a hard time. It's the sympathy vote which he appears to be getting which people don't seem to like. Also, despite the fact he was actually voted into the live shows, some of us believe that while he can sing pretty well, there are much better singers who could be more successful, and who he has taken the place of. If he wins, there is a quite a high chance that his music won't sell well, and we've witnessed that quite a number of times, with Steve, Leon, Jai who won BGT last year etc, despite being good singers. Also, two potential finalists were in the bottom two last night, and they are more favoured than Chris because they are more marketable and could be much more successful in the long term.
I think it'll suit him best if he finishes 5th or 4th. |

People feel sorry for him i can see why they do a bit, he's been blasted so many times when he just sings what he knows. At the same time he's boring, brings nothing to the show and his whole nervous act thing is over. I do see it almost as 'popular type young crowd' not liking chris for what he does, so deciding to keep making fun of him. And people responding by backing chris. But put that all aside, the man brings almost nothing to the show. |

It stopped being a talent show when they opted to put Rylan through over Carolynne. They can't have it both ways.
I have always watched XF because I thought it was a singing competition, now I definitely know it isn't, I am turning off. |

To be fair Rylan thing was deadlock both times. It's a singing competition but it's an entertainment show too.

I'm not sure that it's bullying, but they are trying everything they can to influence the viewers against him- I first noticed it on Halloween week when the opening VT had Gary predicting "some shockers" (obviously meaning acts in other groups) and they showed footage of Christopher and Kye. They then had a stormy sea in the background as he was singing (to remind the viewers of his cruise ship cabaret credentials) and putting him in a coat to make him look like someone who's just gone down the pub for a turn on the karaoke. Then, of course the laser-beam evil eyes!
Next week it'll be the words VOTE, CHRISTOPHER, DON'T and FOR moving around on the backdrop. |

Christopher is the only one I would buy an album of, he sings songs I like in a natural way, without converting them to something unrecognisable. Loved his voice from his first audition.
Also like Jahmene and Rylan but wouldn;t buy their albums. |

I wouldn't class it as bullying.
