On X-Factor it was obviously exaggerated as there was rivalry between the 3 judges who obviously wanted to win.

I think that there may be some animosity between Sharon and Simon for real though because of what Simon said about Ozzy's accident being for publicity and he also said the same thing about the burglary (even if it was a "joke" ) .

It's probably all exaggerated by the press really. The arguing isn't as bad as they make out, but there is no way that Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell are best friends!!!
