How are they going to cope when its their turn to do a trial. Not all of them, but a few of them seem to have plenty to say and are quick with the advice. The thing is we're not going to have a chance to see a lot of the others do a trial because David will possibly be put up by the camp.

Fair enough, in her first two trials she was rubbish,, but had she used her mouth and not her hands when she took part in the driving trial, she would have won more stars than Charlie.

Its easy to criticise from the sidelines, but I'd like to see the others do a trial or two.

No she wouldn't! She got four because she used her hands, it was much harder with the mouth.

Good point, o/p. Two of this lot are unfit to do some of the trials at all, and one has left completely.

And everyone seems to forget that Charlie couldn't complete her trial because she panicked.

And now we see Nadine quitting first in this hornet task.

It was harder, but not that much harder.

Well I expect they all could have managed the live trial as it was made so easy for her
I also think they would all have at least tried the hamster wheel
unlike Helen

Well both Rosemary and Nadine both quit the task that they were in, so what do you base your assumptions on?.

I noticed that when they showed someone doing the photocopier trial on ITV 2, the stars had sticks that stuck out above the cockroaches- not much, but it meant that the person doing it could just grab it with their teeth and remove the star. When Helen did the trial, and I looked carefully again tonight, there was nothing visible at all.

I really don't blame her for refusing that one, espescially after what happened with Fatima last year. I really can't see any of the girls sticking their face in a mess of roaches, and I think for Limaihl to suggest that her refusal was to do with lipstick was ridiculous!

I thought Limahl was being a right little bitch when he said that

He was obviously projecting his own vanity onto Helen.

If you mean Colin and Rosemary they have both only been excluded medically one occasion

Yes, but imagine if Helen were excluded on medical grounds - how she'd be accused of being fake, why did she enter the show if she couldn't participate fully in all the tasks, etc, etc.

Who cares? Just be glad she isn't doing a trial tomorrow and more than likely wont be again as the camp decide from now on and I doubt she or they will put her forward.

Totally agree.I wonder why celebs are invited or even allowed to be on the show if they are unable to participate in all of the trials.

So why did Helen use her hands after being told the rules and watching Charlie do it ?

Well, Charlie panicked and had to quit. Maybe panic affected Helen differently, so she got confused.

Helen did well tonight. She was slow doing the task, but that meant she stayed longer inside with the hornets until it was finished. To those who said 'get a grip' - I think she is doing.

They were not on a trial for food when everyone was starving

why on earth would Rosemary stay in when the task was already won and she was last, I think Roesmary proved herself on her first night in the jungle far more than Helen could

as for Nadine yes she quit but she has done other trials and never just walked away without trying

Let's face it - Nobody in there has ever been starving. People get picky on here when the word "phobia" is misused, so please don't misuse starvation.

Glad someone else has mentioned this as I thought Rosemarie was the last one to leave the box - what's the point of staying in when she wasn't going to win anyway? And from her reaction, it sounded like the others were telling her to quit as she had no chance of winning so no point in staying in the box getting stung/bitten.

I'd never heard of Rosemarie before the show but hats off to her - she gives things a damned good go (more than I would) and she's up for a laugh and doesn't take herself too seriously.

I think tptb will enforce only one each, (whether they tell us or just the camp mates is another matter) because sending David for every trial would be a no-brainer for the hungry campers, he would be up for anything imo. Having seen so little of the other camp mates doing anything because of the Helen factor, I would bet money on them ensuring somehow that David doesnt do more than one

Bear in mind though that the other camp mates could not see into the photocopier, and to be fair to them they would assume the degree of nastiness would be on a par with sticking your hands in some green ants for a few seconds and/or having green gunge dropped on you, and/or picking 3 things off the back of a snake.
Helen telling them (truthfully) it was teeming with cockroaches would probably having them thinking "yeh, yeh, yeh". Girl who cried wolf.

Helen was just pi$$ed off by the time they got to the hamster wheel trial IMO She had done OK in the eating trial, and was better than Charlie in the swimming trial (yes she unknowingly broke the rules) When the lights went off in the Emu trial I believe it was a knee jerk reaction to get out of that room, and she was annoyed with herself for doing so, but the public were being unfair on her and she felt it, she pulled herself together, realised she had to get some food for camp and got on with the job.
Was the live trial that easy??? I think Helen made parts of it look easy, she could have screamed and shouted but she got on with the job..........IMO there are bigger wimps than Helen in there, but the public got so focused on Helen we haven't had a chance to see them.
I cant understand why Nadine has had such an easy ride.

I think its unfair to say rosemary "quit" the task. She was in the box the longest and on her first night, it was rosemary that refused to quit and talked limahl into staying in the hut. She seems game for anything to me!

So Nadine quitting so early into a trial is OK but Helen doesn't have that right in your book. I can forgive Rosemary she was the last person in the cage and the other celebs were telling her to give up, but Nadine was a complete wimp, pretending she believed David LOL
