Can someone please give any clarification on the immuntiy task and how it's unravelling - if at clear.

Now no show 2mo with the footie - so will we have virtually no notice who's immune until the Weds show of the 1st eviciton??

Also anyone know where we can get decent updates on how they're doing?

Thanks

It's getting right on my moobs... It's only on a few weeks and this is the second time football has interrupted it. I'm losing patience with itv

Is football on next week as well?

The Bed Bug thing is a an endurance task so maybe the winners of the first two tasks have some sort of time benefit

After this week the next set of Champions League games isn't until 4-5th of December

Ah fair enough.

I don't have a problem with football being on like many, I watch all the crappy reality shows that are on all year round so can't complain when they dominate the schedules.

I think this is the same task as last year and if it is the exact same (just in pairs not 2 groups) David and Helen/Llama will get some kind of time advantage

...as I say as clear as mud, especially given off air tonight

How's it going to work if they're supposed to be in pairs? There's an odd number now, isn't there?

I think they've pretty much done away with the pairs thing due to Brian leaving

Yes, they seem to be making up the rules which are vague. You don't have to be attached, but you have to attached when they are doing the trial?

I wish they brought back the jungle jail back from Gillian's year. This year is so boring compared to her year

The bridge songs, contraband in her knickers, her fake fainting I love Gillian

At first it was supposed to be the three pairs with the most points from the pairs challenges who were given immunity, so there would be six going up for the vote. With brian going they had to abandon that but there will still only be six in the vote.

Still no idea of what, if any benefit having won the two previous mini-tasks will bring for Helen, Limahl and David

Don't you know? They all sit around camp on the footie day off feet up and sipping fine wines and sampling delectable vintage cheeses. It's in their contracts.

That's what happened last year IIRC - the winners of the previous tasks were given free time as a reward. But they were divided into teams then, rather than pairs.

I am confused about how tonights show is going to go.

Am I right to understand that someone will leave camp live towards the end of the show and be interviewed by ant and dec.

But as only 6 celebrities will be eligible for eviction they are going to have to show the results of the bed bug trial before they open the phone lines, otherwise they will spoil the result.

which either means they will have to rush through events of the last 48 hrs, show them out of order to get to the bed bugs trial first or that the phone lines won't be open for very long??

Especially as in days of compliance (especially so with ant and dec programmes!) they need a period of time after the phone vote is closed to check + authenticate the result.

A 90 minute show (closer to 70 if you don't include ad breaks)

Hugo's BTT
Spoiler
According to the Mirror he got nine stars

Bed Bug Trial

Run up to and aftermath of both of them

Vote and interview with eliminated contestant

I'd say something like the first 40 minutes will be devoted to Hugo's Trial and the Bed Bug trial which will take us up to something like 9:10

They normally announce the result before the last ad break and the last part of the show is devoted to an interview with the eminated contestant. So lets say the lines are closed at about 10:05 in order to allow verification of the totals.

In that case the lines would be open for something like 50 minutes. They can't open the lines as soon as the show starts as that would reveal who is and isn't immune which would mean there would be no point in watching the task.
