The random rebooting seems to be software issue though, as my N7 has started doing it since the 4.2 update.
There's a bit of flex in the back case on mine, but to be honest that looks more like a design flaw rather than a manufacturing fault.
I RMA'd last Friday, about 30 minutes after I got it and I still haven't had confirmation of dispatch of a replacement yet, so I'm not too happy with Google at the moment. I chased up on Tuesday evening and was told I would get an update within 48 hours, which so far hasn't arrived.”
I have had a couple of reboots as well, but just put that down to some of the apps I was using having not been updated to cope with the changes to Jelly Bean. I think about a weeks worth of usage, there has been about 3 reboots. So not a massive amount.
My battery seems to be fine, although I would expect it too improve after a few charge/discharge cycles.
I 'bought' the replacement tablet today, and in the email that I received they said the returns label would be in the replacement tablet package. I have 21 days to return the tablet, so at least I wont be without a tablet. However like you, I hope I get my replacement early next week.
