I have just been lurking this forum for the past few weeks because tumblr has been annoying and it's nice to be in a place with like minded people aka Brendan fans and Stendan shippers. Anyways hello I'm new and I thoroughly enjoy all you folks and your Stendan love. There is no one I know irl who watches hollyoaks let alone knows what it is. I usually fangirl alone and it was hilariously sad so here I am. Finally.

My friend just said that if Brendan doesn't go to see Ste she'll drag Brendan there by his puffy moustache.

No I don't know what to expect either. But after tonight, it actually doesn't worry me. Because I know that Ste actually feels something as deep as Brendan does, and I haven't felt that for a long time. So yeah, happy for this to play its way out now, because I can see the connection. *sniff*


Aw. It'll probably turn out to be really brief. But like everyone else, I just need them to see each other at least that one time before Ste makes his choice.

Though I'd laugh if they had this big, "oh, we just can't see each other" convo and then kept bumping into each other in Price Slice, and having awkward moments over the potatoes and low fat yoghurt.

It's so frustrating If Brendan had just not made his deal with God, Ste would hopefully have just woken up anyway and Brendan wouldn't owe the big man anything If only he'd waited a few more days to make his deal!

I was just rewatching and when ste is looking over dougs shoulder thinking its brendan there is a really lovely shot of kierons beautiful long eyelashes

God that episode broke my heart brendan you silly man he wants to see you never worry about your silly deal go and see you man

I can hardly believe it happened. It was perfect. And the way it was intercut with Brendan, and tinkly piano music, so there was no doubt what Ste was feeling.

Oh I think it will turn out to be very brief. These "moments" always are! You never know though, none of these other 'moments' have occurred just after Ste has been involved in a life-altering crash. Ste might be more in tune with what he wants than before and find it harder to ignore Brendan and his feelings. He might have that desire to tell him something, but then Brendan cuts him off before he even has a chance.

Would kind of mirror the scene where Brendan tried to tell Ste how he felt, only to be cut off before he could say it. Maybe Brendan senses where the conversation is going and cuts it off, knowing he'd never be able to keep his 'promise' if he heard the words out loud.

Do Doug and Ste decide to give marriage a go before or after Ste sees Brendan?

Ahhh me too! I wonder if Ste will be as open about his need for Brendan as he was tonight...imagine if he's still like that when he next sees Brendan. It'll be amazing.

Thanks! I have 1 friend who doesn't mind HO but she has her own fandoms. We share doctor who and TVD love which is great. We are both slight Anglophiles so that's why she doesn't tell me to stfu when I fangirl all over her. Also. Ste's face all cut up was so sad! Gave me flashbacks to Brendan after he was blown up in Later. Their lovely faces are too handsome to have cut up. Sad.
