I agree Wildy tonight's scenes were great. It's just a shame that Rishi appeared so negative about their plans, the reasons for which are good and will benefit both of them and, of course, Molly who will spend lots of quality time with both her parents rather than being always being with a lesser relative/childminder and as for what Jai will say when he gets back I rather think he will have other things on his mind.

Wonder what she'll call Gennie, But i suppose that depends on her marital status, Don't think the wedding will be that soon though cos i think Gennie will want her usual trim figure back first and there still keeping her well padded.

Rishi didn't pull his punches tonight he really let Nikhil have it, But to be fair i think his concerns were more for molly than the running of the factory, He's probably worried that with Nikhil looking after his granddaughter for half the week she might end up as neurotic as her dad, He might have a point.

They were really good scenes tonight though, I wonder when Gennie will start the new job, Can't wait to see her doing the high pressure business woman bit, Think it will suit her, well at least till she starts missing Molly

To be honest I thought that Rishi's motivations were all over the place tonight. The writing was odd to say the least. His grinning and suggestive reference to Nikhil hiring some "very pretty" tall blond called Hayley for the Sales Manager job, as Nikhil would be the one working with her, seemed like a crazily inappropriate thing to say in front of his son's fiancée. Yeah, you stay at home with the baby Gennie, safe in the knowledge that your drop dead gorgeous fiancé is spending his days working closely with a pretty tall blond. That's not likely to make her at all anxious is it? Nice one. I'm also not sure that I buy his sudden, strident concern that Nikhil's numerous neuroses make him a lousy carer for Molly. When that approach failed, he argued that Jai wouldn't be happy with the arrangement. All very muddled.

Well we know were Nikhil gets it from now.

Nikhil and Gennie were adorable. I love how they resolved their work and child care situation. This is the first time that they have communicated well as a couple. Of course, Rishi was negative, but I like that Nikhil and Gennie were confident and did not back down.

Yeah the writing was a little confused, wasn't it, I felt Rishi was massively over reacting but maybe it was as Georgia had told Nikhil last month simply that Rishi felt Nikhil should be working and Gennie staying at home, but even then, he didn't even attempt to be supportive of either of them

Rishi was the one who interviewed Gennie afterall- he said it was one of the best interviews he'd seen in years, the following day he can't even pick up on the not so subtle hints from Nikhil that he's found the new sales manager with Gennie standing beside him smilling widely

It's not even like Nikhil is going to be a fulltime stay at hone dad- simply that they will job share in terms of physically being at the factory- yes, NIkhil is fussy and regimented but there is no evidence that he can't actually look after Molly properly-

yes, we get it, Nikhil has OCD and is a clean freak and has neuroses and his family are quick to remind him of all his faults but for a guy who earlier this year proclaimed he didn't even want children he has come a long, long way to now volunteering to be a part time stay at home Dad

Nikhil actually listened to Gennie and thought about what she was saying and came up with a solution which seems pretty sensible- a problem arises and we don't have days of misunderstandings and unintended insults; instead Nikhil gets it and Gennie and Nikhil then talk to each other like adults and come up with a compromise

If the writing continues in this direction I will be very happy in terms of the better communication skills

He definitely still has issues but Nikhil has really stepped up with Molly The major positive in recent episodes has been the sense that these two are finally becoming a team and that's long overdue. They work brilliantly in that mode.

Great scenes again tonight. Only Nikhil would have a list/timetable for Molly's day - including times for her to fill her nappy. It was good that Gennie reminded him that he needs to be flexible and later when he was speaking to her on the phone he made a suggestion as to who to contact about making a sale.

Glad that there was no more nonsense from Rishi tonight although no doubt there will be some when Jai returns.

I don't think Jai will mind as he gets on well with Gennie.

I wonder how was Nikhil's first day working from home and looking after Molly?

Now that there both getting on quite well and behaving like adults, I'd like to see a scene where Nikhil really apologises for his past behavior and confesses that he was an idiot and realises how near he came to loosing her and a special apology for the things he said that day Which i'm sure both he and Gennie won't have forgotten though she has forgiven him, Well almost but knowing Gennie she's probably holding a little bit in reserve Would be a nice little scene to see though at this time of the year or am i being too sentimental

I think that would be lovely ; however, given the time that has passed since he insulted her in that horrible way (about 18 months?), I think it's highly unlikely. What would be nice is for him to compliment her far more often than he does. I can't be the only person who thinks Gennie is beautiful, and I wish Nikhil would tell her this more often!! In general, I hate the way that Gennie is made out to be somehow the less-attractive-but-nice girl in comparison with Charity or Alicia for example. She's gorgeous!
