Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas
The Pogues - Fairytale of New York

They're the only two that I really love. Not a fan of carols, but I did used to like singing Starry Night at school when I was little

O Holy Night - Eimear Quinn
The "fall on your knees..." part gives me chills every time.

I'd also add The Power Of Love by Frankie Goes To Hollywood.
It is the very sound of an ice cold winter with snow everywhere.

Greg Lake's "I Believe in Father Christmas" and Steeleye Span's version of "Gaudete" (despite me now associating it with Alan Partridge. )
