I sometimes have trouble sleeping, and I've found that rather than counting sheep I try to remember all the pairings in Strictly over the years. It's remarkable how effective it is at making me nod off.

But worryingly I can hardly remember any from last year. I was surprised to hear on ITT last night that Natalie didn't make Wembley. I cannot remember who she partnered. Nor Erin nor Brendan.

Obviously I can look it up, but that would mean I'd be back to counting sheep.
