iPad: Connect to MacBook?
ABiscuit

I'd like to connect my iPad 3 to a MacBook.

The reason I'd like to do this is to watch programmes I've downloaded on the BBC iPlayer iPad app on the larger screen of the MacBook.

I would be using the MacBook in an area with no internet access, hence me pre-downloading the shows on my iPad.

Both devices have bluetooth, but is this good enough to 'transfer' tv shows?

I don'y have Apple TV or access to iTunes on the MacBook.

Thank you

Can't you save the show on the iplayer Mac program, I am sure you can on the windows version.

You could just download programmes from iPlayer to your Mac as mentioned above. Alternatively you could mirror anything from your iOS device to a Mac/PC just like you can on an Apple TV. All you need to do is install AirServer on your Mac. http://www.airserverapp.com
