Sea bream ?
What's the best way to cook a whole Sea Bream ?
They are £2 each at Asda at the moment. I'm going to get one tomorrow, but I've never had it before ! What would you serve it with ? |

I'd simply pan fry and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Serve with some salad and boiled baby tatties. |

As it is whole, I would bake in the oven similarly to cooking trout. That is, add lemon, oil, some tomatoes, onion and/or garlic maybe.

Get a big wok and fill it with an inch or two of oil.
You then deep fry the full thing. Or shallow fry each side. When it is cooked cover with soy, chilli, ginger, garlic and spring onion. |
