Why do you need to do a factory reset?
Be very careful before you do this.
Your really need to know what you are doing and what you are trying to achieve.
I did this to my KV36FS70 and have regretted it since. I am still trying to find an engineer who can sort it and get it back to the state it left the factory. (and this was after I was warned off of doing this by a forum member)!
