Didn't see much of series 1-4, so from Series 5 onwards these are the ones I remember liking the most over each series.

Matt & Flavia - Salsa, American Smooth, Waltz, Showdance
Alesha & Matthew - Cha Cha

Series 6
Rachel & Vincent - Rumba, Argentine Tango
Lisa & Brendan - VW

Nothing springs to mind

Jimi & Flavia - Foxtrot
Kara & Artem - American Smooth, Rumba
Matt & Aliona - Foxtrot, Samba

Chelsee & Pasha - Jive, Quickstep
Harry & Aliona - Quickstep

Series 10
I love most of Louis & Flavias but their Tango has been my WOW so far.

If I remember rightly, Ricky's quickstep came quite late in the series and until then I'd never enjoyed any of his routines...I still think it is the only one that stands out as Ricky being completely in the zone and drawing the audience in (well, this audience member anyway).

I think this year has been quite good as far as (lowercase) wow dances go. Lisa's Cha Cha in week one, Denise's Jive and VW (the latter gets an uppercase wow from me

), Louis's tango and Dirty Dancing routine and the biggest wow moment of all, Michael wow, wow, wowing with a great Quickstep after two disasterous weeks of Latin.
