Brand New LV880 Video Player
I have a new LV880 Video Player, never been taken out of the box, i see they sell on ebay for about £50 which is more than i thought to be honest. What i was wondering was, do you reckon these things in this condition will be worth more in the future and so keep it or get rid now?. Thanks.

When I googled "lv880", the first result gave a completely stupid used price on Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-LV880-Nic.../dp/B0006FIREU
I can't see anyone paying that? ![]() TBH I doubt they'll increase in value over time? I've got some music videos on VHS that I'm very slowly putting on computer, when I get the whim. But after that I won't be interested in a VHS recorder. I've got loads of films I recorded from the TV over the years, but with the poor quality of VHS, I think I would just abandon them if my current machine conks out. I suppose people with large collections, who don't have the time or inclination to move them to another format, will always want a player? But if the stuff was valuable to them, I would think they will move it, so demand for VHS players will decrease with time IMO. Anyway, if there's a continuing market for players then someone will keep producing them. Perhaps just a basic player without recording facility? |
